Certified Radiance Master-Healers have satisfactorily met the standards of The (W)hole Point Institute, LLC. They must complete the first four levels of instruction in The (W)hole Point Model and the four + take-home exams and proof of skill sessions. They must also satisfy Althea’s standards of performance prior to certification, including over 150 hours of training. I love watching people’s faces light up as we go through the (W)hole Point model together and they can finally see clearly, and without guilt and shame, patterns in their behavior that are keeping them from living vibrant lives. It also allows people to see how they created those patterns, mostly in childhood, in order to survive. Just being able to see the logic of what previously seemed illogical, allows for forgiveness – of self and others – and behaviors can begin to change. I am able to provide ongoing support for those changes – into greater presence and authority.
To hear someone say, “Ah, that’s what happened. I never saw it that way before. I am not a bad person,” makes my heart sing.
Along with being a Certified Radiance Master Healer (CRM), I am certified as a life coach through New Ventures West and have worked in the corporate world for many years in a variety of capacities. I have done a great deal of personal development work myself along with assisting others in the process. Because of the depth, profundity, fun, and simplicity of the (W)hole Point model, being a CRM is the brightest feather in my cap.

What I enjoy most about being a Certified Radiance Master-Healer (CRM) is working one-on-one with someone, and being able to help them gain a picture of what is going on with them. I mean literally, a picture, or "map" so that they can see and understand their viewpoint. In doing this, I offer an experience, as well as a concrete way to deal with issues. It is my pleasure to be able to share this.

I am excited to share my love and deep respect of the Wisdom WAY model with you. My heart dances with joy when I am with someone who discovers and welcomes home a part of themselves that they banished a long, long time ago. It’s an honor to share my experience and knowledge of the Wisdom WAY model to guide people on their sacred journey of reclaiming their full beauty and unique expression of radiance.
My particular story is - I was born with a physical handicap called Spina Bifida. Growing up as a child with a disability, I experienced the pain of feeling alone, unwanted, left behind, and deformed. In an attempt to heal the pain in my heart, I engaged in a wide range of self-development activities. My journey eventually brought me to a (W)hole Shop and I began spiraling my holes. Through (W)holework, I experienced for the first time ever what it was like to truly heal my wounded heart. It’s a great gift to be a Certified Radiance Master Healer (CRM) and have the opportunity to guide others on their journey of reclaiming radiance and healing their wounded hearts.
In addition to being a CRM, I am a certified Integral Life Coach and lead Circles to create community with deep heart connections. I have chosen to leave my career at Hewlett-Packard to engage full-time in the work I love -- welcoming home radiance….and more radiance…..and more radiance…..

I am Rochelle and I am honored to participate in your journey to (w)holeness. The teachings of Althea, and the Whole Point Wisdom Model have profoundly affected my life and the way I live each day.
When I started taking (w)hole shops, I knew there was something that I was searching for, something was missing, but I didn't know what. Through the intentional spiraling process, I was able to identify the childhood trauma that broke my heart, and to my surprise discovered that I was managing my adult life around that childhood trauma!
I have now reclaimed my life and I have broken free from the fear of "anything but that". I chose to become a CRM to assist and guide others in their healing process, and help them discover their true selves.

I am so deeply honored to share this wisdom with you on your journey. My soul rejoices someone uncovers and brings parts home to wholeness that they cast aside and shunned long ago. My individual story involves numerous holes. Growing up in my home environment taught me "the fine art of self-loathing" as I refer to it, as it is so subtle as to be almost completely unrecognizable from inside oneself, and yet, so powerful as to be all-pervasive in one's outer world.
In my attempts to "fix" myself and my world, I have tried numerous self-development and self-improvement techniques and many forms of psycho- and spiritual therapy until my journey led me to (W)holework model. With (W)holework, I have begun to heal my trauma and reclaim the power that was taken from me so long ago. Being gay was also a great challenge in this culture and in my family.
Now, as a Certified Radiance Master-Healer, I look forward to the opportunity to assist others in reclaiming their power and their wholeness.In addition to being a CRM, I am certified in Reiki level 2 and Advanced Pranic Healing.
